Since the dawn of man…

In the early dawn of mankind, the sun and moon were the only sources of light and heat. When the sun and moon were dark, men huddled in caves fearing the unidentified sounds of the night or Winter’s icy fingers.

Then came fire! Man wondered about this phenomenon. He found it could light his way at night, keep fierce animals at bay,  warm their shelters, and more. It could harden the clay into pots and utensils, making life easier. Man wondered if fire could be used to fashion tools and weapons. Tools became machines. Machines increased food production, made fabrics, clothes, carts, and later automobiles, planes, trains, and war machines.

Our entire modern world is the result of our relationship with fire.

A relationship born of wonder.

You see, it all begins with Wonder.
